Directions to property

Easiest way: take the underground from airport or rail station to "Trindade". Follow "Alferes Malheiro street and turn the left. Knock the door on number 580/584. 3 minutes walking from "Trindade" or "Aliados".

§ CHILDREN ARE WELCOME

Children under the age of 10 at check out time can sleep in their parents' bed free of charge. Maximum one child per room.

§ PARKING

No private parking.
Several options under payment available in the area.

§ PETS

Not allowed.

We will answer to your request as soon as possible.

At check-in you will be given a folder with details including directions, addresses and phone numbers that can be useful during your stay. We will also provide you with two sets of keys: one to access the room you booked and another one to access the house.

If you lose or forget to leave the keys, we will be obliged to charge you to replace them and for changing the lock for security reasons.

§ SMOKING POLICY

The Guest house offers a smoke-free environment.

§ CLEANING

Rooms are cleaned up every day between 9:00 and 14:00.
Towels and sheets are changed every 3 nights.

§ USE OF ROOMS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Only customers included in the booking have the right to remain in the room or use its facilities. Other guests should be respected. Please avoid making noise during the night or early in the morning.

It is not allowed to go shirtless, barefoot, in pajamas or swimsuits in public areas. It is not allowed to bring food into the house or bedrooms.

§ ARRIVING AND DEPARTING

Check-in hour is from 14:00 to 19:00.
Any check-in outside these hours subject to prior arrangement only.

Check-out hour from 8:00 to 12:00.
To arrange an early check-out, please inform 24 hours in advance.

§ BREAKFAST TIME

From 8:45 to 10:45.

§ PRIVACY

Porto Vintage Guest house takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking or legal issues.
